Even though we're a remote-first company, we believe in the power of in-person connection. Once a quarter, Eastporters from across the country gather for a few days of alignment, collaboration, service, and a little fun along the way.

Time to learn, share, and build

No two Quarterlies look exactly the same, but every All-Hands is packed with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and connect. We spend time working through project challenges, sharing ideas across teams, hearing from guest and internal speakers, building new skills, giving back through service activities in the DC community, and enjoying a little friendly competition along the way.

It's a chance to step away from the day-to-day, work alongside colleagues from across the company, and strengthen the relationships that make Eastport successful.

COLLABORATION

Giving back together

At our latest All-Hands, we launched Eastport’s community service initiative by supporting So Others Might Eat (SOME), a Washington, D.C., nonprofit serving the local community. Together, Eastporters packed 100 emergency hygiene kits for SOME to distribute to people in need. This effort marks the beginning of our ongoing commitment to giving back—together, consistently, and in ways that make a meaningful difference.
